Project Safety Services Overview

We manage all elements of project safety including client and contractor specific program requirements. Our process starts with project planning of Site-Specific Safety Plans, ongoing site-specific OSHA regulation reviews, implementation of a safety management system including key performance indicators, and safety training of management and craft personal. After pre-planning activities, we progress into field support and oversight activities for the construction project or facility turnaround.
