Complex Process Exposure Evaluations in Boise

We perform exposure risk evaluation through detailed analysis of site-specific processes, input materials, chemical usage, duration of exposure, employee tasks, task variation, chemical composition, etc. Sampling plans are then developed to target specific agents of concern with instrumentation and focus on full shift, partial shift – personal and area samples to quantify exposure levels to contrast against OSHA Permissible Exposure Limits.

Our industrial hygiene assessments characterize exposures to individual agents and chemical mixtures, including process-generated contaminants, gases, vapors, fumes, particulates, and noise, associated with routine, intermittent, and non-routine operations and processes.

Chemical and Noise Mitigation Controls in Boise

Based on exposure assessment findings and OSHA Permissible Exposure Limits, we can develop targeted exposure mitigation strategies aligned to reduce or eliminate employee exposures. This includes evaluation and design of engineering controls, administrative controls, and PPE recommendations which can save Client’s tens of thousands of dollars due to professional selection and implementation. Where appropriate, we support implementation planning, control verification, and follow-up monitoring to confirm effectiveness and support sustained OSHA compliance.
